The Thanksgiving Specials
A menu crafted to surprise, delight, and spark conversation at the table.
King Crab Cebiche
King crab marinated in a sunchoke leche de tigre, finished with torched avocado, ikura, circus frisée, and cilantro oil. A fresh, elegant start with unmistakable Jarana attitude.
Shank Estofado
A showstopper built for the center of the table. A seared thor hammer slow-cooked in estofado sauce (ají mix, garlic, tomato paste, and red wine) served over pumpkin risotto with chunks of baked kabocha, baby corn, and glazed balsamic carrots. Comfort meets decadence, built to share. Serves up to 3-4 people.
Chicha Cheesecake
A traditional cheesecake base topped with chicha morada reduction and fresh berries. A sweet nod to Peru’s most iconic drink.
Inti Spritz
Tanqueray gin and limoncello meet an apple–lemongrass–pineapple syrup, topped with sparkling water. Light, bright, and festive.
