ESPLANADE AT AVENTURA ANNOUNCES INAUGURAL RESTAURANT MONTH
Aventura’s First Restaurant Month Runs from January 20 – February 20 and Features Exclusive Prix-Fixe Menus at Participating Restaurants
Esplanade at Aventura, South Florida’s hottest new shopping, dining and entertainment destination, is enhancing the visitor experience with the announcement of its inaugural Restaurant Month, taking place from January 20 to February 20, 2025 (excluding February 14-16). Since opening, Esplanade has quickly become the go-to destination for locals and visitors seeking an upscale ambiance and elevated culinary offerings set in a modern, open-air market. The monthlong culinary event will allow guests to choose from three-course, prix-fixe lunch and dinner menus at participating restaurants starting at $30 per person.
- JARANA: JARANA Invites guests to enjoy its authentic Peruvian cuisine with special three-course lunch ($49 per person) and dinner ($65 per person) menus, which are available to parties of two or more. For the first course, guests can choose from Papa a La Huancaina, steamed potatoes covered with aji amarillo and cheese sauce topped with Peruvian Botija olives and egg; Cebiche Limeño, featuring catch of the day, octopus, calamari, shrimp, ají amarillo leche de tigre, choclo and sweet potato; or Causa Coctel made with shrimp with cocktail sauce over aji amarillo causa, stuffed with tomato, egg and avocado, and topped with egg, parsley and peppers. For the main course, diners can choose from Quinoa Chaufa, veggie stir-fried organic quinoa with mushrooms and sesame oil covered with an egg omelet, Nikkei sauce and pickled veggies; Chaufa Aeropuerto, beef tenderloin, chicken and veggie stir-fried rice covered with shrimp omelet and spicy sauce topped with green onions and sesame seeds; or Lomo Saltado, beef tenderloin sautéed with onions, tomatoes and potato and served with rice. For dessert, guests can choose from Milhojas, a crispy puff pastry stuffed with chocolate ganache, dulce de leche cremeaux and berries; Picarones, pumpkin and sweet potato fritters with anise covered with chancaca, figs, spices and homemade honey; or Torta de Chocolate, chocolate cake soaked in pisco punch, stuffed with lucuma mousse and covered with chocolate fudge and crumble. The dinner menu includes a bottle of red or white wine.
- THE AMALFI LLAMA: The Amalfi Llama, Lionel Messi’s favorite restaurant, blends the allure of a rustic live-fire steakhouse with the flavors of Italian cuisine. The restaurant revolves around an open parrilla grill and wood-burning oven, harnessing fire, smoke, coals and embers to craft dishes that pay homage to coastal cultures across Patagonia and Italy. For Restaurant Month, diners can order from a three-course prix-fixe menu ($70 per person) with a choice of appetizer from Caesar salad with romaine, Parmigiano-Reggiano and croutons; Short Rib Empanadas with chimichurri; Arugula Artichoke with Granny Smith apples, mushroom, pistachio and Parmigiano-Reggiano; or Calamari served with Fresno, tartar and spicy aioli. Guests can elevate their starter with Ahi Tuna Tartar (+$5) or Shrimp Cocktail (+$10). For the main course, diners can choose from Spaghetti with tomato and Parmigiano-Reggiano; Scottish Salmon with arugula and roasted tomato; or Wood-Grilled Half Chicken with chimichurri. They can elevate their entrée with Branzino (+$10), 8-ounce Center-Cut Filet (+$10), Lobster Arrabbiata (+$15), 16-ounce Rib-Eye (+$15) or Lobster (+$38). Elevated entrées include a side of garlic chili broccolini, potato purée or oregano Parmesan fries. For dessert, options include Chocolate Sin Cake with vanilla gelato or Fire-Roasted Cheesecake with berry compote.
- PINSTRIPES: Pinstripes, a leading experiential dining and entertainment brand occupying 30,000 square feet across two floors, seamlessly blends chef-driven dining with the excitement of bowling and For Restaurant Month, the “eatertainment” destination is offering a three-course prix-fixe dinner menu ($60 per person). To start, guests can choose from wild-caught Crispy Calamari with housemade marinara; Tenderloin Sliders with truffled potato strings, mayonnaise and bordelaise; or Bruschetta with sherry-roasted mushrooms, charred Brussels sprout salad, whipped ricotta and saba. For their entrée, guests choose from Filet Mignon Trio, three 3-ounce filets with peppercorn and Gorgonzola crust, Brussels sprouts, truffled potato strings and bordelaise; Pan-Roasted Salmon with nine-grain risotto, spinach and pesto Greek yogurt; or Gnocchi with butternut squash, baby kale, ricotta cheese and pesto. For dessert, guests can choose from New York-Style Cheesecake, Warm Brownie & Ice Cream, Cookies & Cream Ice Cream or Lemon Sorbet. A robust prix-fixe menu featuring a choice of main salad, sandwich or flatbread, plus choice of side and dessert, is available during lunch ($30 per person). Both lunch and dinner menus include a 10-ounce glass of house white or red wine or Pinstripes pilsner draft.
